Booking Terms And Conditions

BOOKING

If a reservation is made within 30 days to arrival date,100% of the rent will be charged at reservation date.Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until MyPattayaStay has received the payment amount and you have received a confirmation email from us.

If a reservation is made within 31 days or more prior to arrival date a 25% deposit is required.The rest must be settle by cash on arrival.

Please note this confirmation contains all your booking details such as exact location of apartment, contact details, balance due and all other arrival and departure instructions.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Upon arrival guests will be asked to provide a damage deposit in cash of 4000THB ,we will refund it at check out. Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your party will be charged on the credit card used to make the reservation. You will also be liable for apartment left in bad conditions, bad behavior, etc.

UTILITIES

Guests are responsible for electric and water charges. The payment must be made at check out by cash.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURE TERMS

Please ensure that we have an updated arrival time so that we can plan for your check-in and keep your contact person informed about any delays or changes. You should call your contact person 1 hour from destination city

CHECK IN: time is from 2:00PM. However, an early check-in time ,subject to availability. One person of our staff will wait for you at the apartment at the agreed time. We’ll explain you the functioning of all the equipment (air conditioning, wi-fi, etc) and we’ll give you the keys. You will sign a short term rental contract, also signed by the administrator.

PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF PASSPORT OF EACH OF THE GUESTS THAT WILL STAY IN THE APARTMENT

CHECK OUT: time is at 11:00AM. Any unauthorized departures after 11.00AM will be penalized. If you require a later departure please ask when you check-in if this is possible. We will try to accommodate you, providing our next arrival is not early the same day. If it is possible, you can stay in the apartment WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGE.On the departure day you should leave the apartment tidy with all rubbish correctly disposed of.

HOUSE RULES

Please observe that our Terms and Conditions with regard to disturbances, loud music and parties are very clear: ALL ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Guests staying in any of our apartments should know that if parties or loud music are heard, or neighbours complain and/or police are called, it can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night. The client signing the check in form will be liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her.

Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, we shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation This will also result in loss of prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit. Also note that by booking with us you have already accepted our terms and conditions and will therefore be expected to abide by these rules.

QUIET TIME IS EVERY DAY FROM 21.00 PM to 10.00 AM
We appreciate your collaboration in this matter and hope you understand that these rules are necessary as these apartments are all situated in residential buildings where people have to live and get up for work and the nightly rest of these inhabitants must be respected.

CLEANING

The apartment will be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client. When leaving, the client is obligated to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. Please do not leave the garbage in the apartment when you check out.The final cleaning/laundry fee will be charged at check out.

LIABILITIES

Neither MyPattayaStay nor the owner of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, insurance, and losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behavior.

In case of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, MyPattayaStay at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.

MyPattayaStay nor the apartment owner are not responsible for the belongings left inside the apartment, its disappearance or breakage.

OUR WEBSITE

We reserve the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required and as may be in line with the company’s business. The obligation is placed on all users of the website to ensure adequate measures are taken to maintain an awareness of such terms and conditions on a regular basis. By agreeing to use this site, it is implied that any such changes are accepted by any such third party and, that any such third party undertakes to comply with any such changes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you want to cancel the booking, the 50% pre-payment will not be refunded. The limit time to cancel or modify the booking is 30 days before the arrival day. in case you cancel or modify during the 30 days before the arrival, MyPattayaStay will charge the total amount of the rent.
